DC City Sanctuary is a furnished rental operated by Eric Bernon and Candice Dunston. This policy covers the rental-information website and its availability and inquiry-preparation features.

Information used by this website You can view rental facts, photos, prices and anonymous availability without creating an account. The inquiry form uses the name, email address, preferred dates, number of tenants, dog preference and optional message you enter to prepare an editable email in your browser. Preparing that email does not submit the form to our server. Your email app processes the draft when you open it; the owners receive it only if you send it.

The public calendar contains anonymous occupied and cleaning dates and a check timestamp. Tenant names, contact details, leases and the owners' Gmail evidence are kept out of the public website. Public agent tools access the same public facts and anonymous calendar.

Cloudflare hosts the website and may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the service. Cloudflare delivers the public site and date-check API through its global network; processing may occur outside your country. The site currently has no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or guest accounts.

Email inquiries If you send an inquiry, we use the information to respond, discuss availability and arrange rental next steps. Gmail and your email provider process the correspondence. Furnished Finder and Muse operate under their own policies when you choose to use them.

We use inquiry information only for rental correspondence and necessary administration. We do not sell it, use it for unrelated advertising or model training, or publish it. We retain it only as needed for rental administration and applicable recordkeeping.

Requests and contact For questions or requests to access, correct or delete inquiry information, email dccitysanctuary@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for an existing rental or required recordkeeping. Do not include identity documents, payment credentials or medical details in this website's inquiry form.

The public availability API processes only requested stay dates to check the anonymous calendar; it does not accept guest names, contact details or documents. Hosting providers may process request URLs and ordinary request metadata. We will update this policy when relevant features or data practices change.
