This website provides information about DC City Sanctuary, a furnished apartment in Park View, Washington DC, operated by Eric Bernon and Candice Dunston. Contact dccitysanctuary@gmail.com for support.

Availability and inquiries The website supports inquiries for monthly stays of at least two months and a maximum of two tenants. The last occupied day remains blocked, with two complete days afterward reserved for cleaning. A proposed stay must also leave that buffer before a later booking.

Availability is based on the displayed check time and normally refreshed daily. Dates require owner confirmation, especially if a check is more than 48 hours old or records need review. Selecting dates, reading an agent result or preparing an email does not reserve the apartment.

The inquiry feature prepares an editable email. The visitor reviews and sends it using their email app. The website does not collect payments, sign leases or confirm reservations.

Rental arrangements Prices and fees shown on the website describe the current advertised terms. The owners confirm availability, charges, pet approval and all applicable rental terms before any lease is agreed. A separate agreed lease establishes the tenancy, payment obligations, deposits and termination terms. An automated calendar result cannot amend an existing lease.

Appropriate use Provide accurate inquiry details. Do not submit sensitive documents or payment credentials through the inquiry form. Do not use the website to interfere with other visitors, probe private tenant records or misrepresent a prepared inquiry as a confirmed reservation.

Photos and external services Photos are retouched for presentation; ask the owners about the current space. Links to Furnished Finder and other services are governed by those services' terms and privacy policies.

Public API results carry the same owner-confirmation requirement. We will update these website terms as relevant services change.
